* Reservations can be made by the website, telephone, booking site or email. After receiving the booking confirmation and transferring the down payment, the reservation is final. The deposit is 50% of the accommodation costs. The remaining 50% is due a week before arrival.
The amounts include breakfast, made beds and towels, tourist tax and cleaning.
* On the day of arrival you are welcome from 04.00 pm. On the day of departure we ask you to leave the room at 11.00 am.
* Breakfast is served from 08.00 to 10.00 am in the dining room or outside in case of good weather.

Please state your name, address and date(s) of your stay.
*In case of cancellation more than 10 weeks before arrival the deposit will be refunded after deduction of 15 euro administration costs.
If canceled less than 10 weeks before the planned stay, the entire amount will be charged.
You could consider a cancellation/travel insurance.
* When entering into a contract for stay, these General Terms and Conditions come into effect.
* We accept no liability for damage, theft and/or loss of personal property and we can’t be held liable for personal injury or injury resulting from your stay at B & B Valcrosa.
* We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible, in case of a should it be that you have a complaint or comment let us know as soon as possible.
* B & B Valcrosa treats all information provided to it confidentially and assures you that it is not provided to third parties, without the consent of the person to whom the data belongs.
