Our facilities
Lovely rooms and apartments , a great outdoor area with various seating areas, a nice shop with a surprising assortment and a lovely swimming pool: you will find it all at B&B Valcrosa.
Our outdoor space
On the large, shared terrace you will find several cozy seats and relaxed hangouts. Whether you want to enjoy the sun on a warm day or prefer to sit in the shade, it is all possible.
Cozy (dining) room and kitchen
If you stay in one of our B&B rooms, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast every morning that is ready for you in the dining room. From fresh bread rolls, delicious coffee or tea and various types of toppings to a boiled egg, yoghurt and fruit juice.
Have you booked a room with us and do you want to cook in the evening? Then use our kitchen which is fully equipped, such as an oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a large gas stove.
And if you fancy a good glass of wine, a delicious (Italian) beer or something soft: in the dining room there are various wines from Poggio and Cordara, among others, ready for you and in the fridge you will find various (soft) drinks. Fancy a cup of coffee or tea? That is also possible of course. If you use any of our drinks, please note this on the list that is in your name in the hall. We will then settle these drinks with you upon departure.
Finally, in the hall you will find a cupboard with games, books and magazines. We also have various folders and brochures with information about the area and what you can see and do here.
Swimming pool
Since the summer of 2023, you can take a dip in our swimming pool – literally, because it is 150 centimeters deep everywhere. Hanging on the edge of the pool, you have a beautiful view of the land, the hills and the surroundings. It is located a little further back on our outdoor area, in a sheltered place so that you can also relax here.
Shop
In our Valcrosa shop you will not only find organic products, but also beautiful ceramics, delicious wines, various (fashion) items from AMMA Bio, the book My Piemonte, fresh products from our own garden and dresses specially designed for Valcrosa.
Thanks to the beautiful collaboration with farmers from our valley, you can buy various organic products from Il Casin8 from Melazzo, such as jam, flour, cookies and saffron. But also for homemade goat cheese, beautiful ceramic bowls and wine from our favourite winegrower Cordara is for sale in our shop. Other wines that you will find here, are from Poggio and Colué and the organic wine is from Cascina Aliata.
We are also proud of the collaboration with Maureen, who has made several dresses especially for Valcrosa under the name ‘Valcrosa by Maureen’.
In the book My Piemonte, writer Martino ten Donkelaar takes you on a journey through Piedmont and tells you about the culture, the wines, delicious dishes and special people.
Pizza night
A real Italian evening, with delicious pizzas and matching wines – we are happy to take care of it for you! This can also be combined with a wine tasting given by Claudia Cordara – not only very tasty, also very fun and educational!
